Warranty Policy — Effective JAN 1, 2026

Manufacturer-provided warranties apply to cameras, components, and related hardware according to each manufacturer's terms and conditions. Warranty periods typically range from one to five years, depending on the product. Industrial Camera Systems will reasonably assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims but does not extend, replace, or override any manufacturer's warranty.

Industrial Camera Systems warrants that its installation work will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of substantial completion or system acceptance, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers defects attributable to installation, including improper mounting, cabling terminations, configuration errors, and sealing issues under normal operating conditions.

During the 90-day workmanship warranty period, Industrial Camera Systems will, at its option, repair or correct a covered defect at no charge to the customer, including the labor reasonably required to complete the covered correction.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or vandalism; acts of God, power surges, or environmental conditions outside product specifications; modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties; normal wear and tear; or manufacturer hardware defects, which remain subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty.

For service outside the warranty period or for non-warranty issues, current rates are: labor at $165 per hour with a one-hour minimum; travel time at $20 per hour, portal-to-portal; mileage at $0.80 per mile when applicable; and materials billed at cost plus applicable markup.

Warranty claims must be reported promptly and supported by reasonable documentation. Industrial Camera Systems reserves the right to inspect the site and affected equipment before approving a remedy.
